The festive menu is packed full of winter flavours, including the duo of beef; turkey ballotine with roast potatoes, sprouts, cauliflower, broccoli and a redcurrant jus; Salmon and dill fishcakes with fennel, baby carrots and a smoked cream sauce or our layered potato and winter vegetable bake with a chestnut sauce. Finish off with their delicious dessert menu, from a sweet and indulgent chocolate and caramel tart or baked vanilla cheesecake with a blood orange sorbet to a festive mulled wine crème brûlée with spiced poached pear and winter berries. Looks like we lost out in the “Game of Tiers” this time… Unfortunately, we're still unable to reopen our casino due to tier 3 local restrictions. We’re crossing our fingers we’ll be able to open soon as the Government continue to review local tiers every 2 weeks, and we’ll be sure to keep you updated with any news of re-opening as soon as we know!
